We are making efforts to make sure that our place is a saver for you. We and the future occupants will continue to experience the benefits of our place due to your cooperation on keeping our place preserved.
Here are our recommendations on how you can keep our place as your unwinding home.
Please refrain from overcharging your gadgets, or even charging them unattended. Heat can damage your gadgets and may cause hazard to you and our place.
Hot objects can damage the surface of the table. We provided pot mats designed for that purpose. Place the pot mats on the table before setting hot objects on it.
Please refrain from standing on the chairs or using them as a ladder. The chairs are just sturdy enough to sustain your sitting position on it.
The table is a very convenient spot for eating, working on your laptop, or placing light objects. Please keep the table clean and dry for your convenience.
Sponges used for cooking utensils may leave a different scent. Use a separate sponge for the cups and glasses to enjoy hydrating.
The drain may smell because of the accumulated food scraps. Avoid disposing of them in the sink. Remove the scraps completely from your dishes and place them in a trash bag before washing the dishes.
The TV is light and brittle. Always leave some space between you or your stuff, and the tv or its rack to avoid accidents.
Smoking or vaping will cause the alarm to set, bring odor to the place, and call the attention of the security. Make sure to refrain from smoking or vaping in our place.
Please slide out the range hood visor when cooking then slide it back after use. The range hood will optimize the ventilation when you're cooking. It automatically turns on (if set to automatic) when you slide the visor out (or pull) and turns off when you slide it in. There's a switch at the right side of the range hood to control its power and light.
Make sure that the cooktop is turned off when not in use. The cooktop is almost leveled to the surface of the countertop. Anything may be casually placed on top of it and may cause fire.
Energy conservation is key to making a positive impact.
The bathroom is a private place for your body waste. Please keep it closed to refrain spreading unwanted scent in the unit.
Please refrain from hanging anything on the railings of the balcony. Our place is surrounded by the major swimming pools. In case you need to dry your used swimming suits, please squeeze them tightly then hang them appropriately on the hanging bar in the bathroom or you may drop them at the nearest laundromat.
When your garbage bags are full, please take them to the garbage room then place new trash bags in the trash bins. The garbage room is just a few steps from our place -- from our doorstep, walk until the turning point, you will see a gray door with a "Garbage room" signage.
TURN THE DIAL TO ADJUST WATER VOLUME. Only regular temperature for the rain shower. Heat can be adjusted on the Heater Front Panel for the hand shower. Pull up or Push down the diverter to use either the hand shower or faucet.
To activate the range hood when cooking, pull the VISOR like a drawer.
A power button behind the visor can be controlled.
To use the microwave, when it’s plugged in, simply turn the dial to adjust the time then press START. An optional button at the right side of the dial for other setting.
Studies suggest that frequent microwave use may be harmful; consider reducing it for better health.
